These are our observations and conclusions:

The chopped apples turned rotten and started to smell.
The peeled apples were moldy but they weren't as bad as the chopped apples.
The numbers for all of them kept getting smaller.
The apples were drying out.
The chopped apples and peeled apples shriveled up and got wrinkly.
The skin protected the whole apples.
The skin on the peeled apples was gone so it dried out more than the whole apple.
The chopped apples dried up the most for all of them.
The drying up of the apples is because they lost water. It evaporated.
All the apples are different and lost different amounts of water.

We would want to buy Pink Lady or Red Delicious if we were going to keep the apples for two weeks before we ate them because we think they would stay crispier longer.
