Etheree Poems

Pac Man Frogs by Cade

Big,
eat rats,
very cool,
are very slow.
They don't move that much.
They cannot swim that good.
They live up to 7 years.
They are camouflaged in the grass.
They need a light that can heat them up.
I got mine for Christmas from my cousin.



Football by Cameron

Throws,
running,
quarterbacks,
Matt Hassleback,
Shawn Alexander.
Defense players are strong.
People do field goals and score points.
The best team is the Steelers, they're good.
You can play football for only 10 years.



Bunnies by Chloe

Cute
bunny
twitchy nose.
They like carrots.
Little pink noses,
bunnies are very cute.
You have to feed your bunny.
I have a bunny that is cute.
They are a very cute animal.
They are white, brown, or different colors.

of animals. They
are dangerous. They roar
very loud. They eat meat. They
are dangerous. They are fast. They
try to get other animals. Most
people do not like jaguars, but I do!

jumping high.
Dolphins chase fish.
Dolphins like to play.
They do not look the same.
They live in the same ocean.
A dolphin swims away from sharks.
They do not have babies the same way.
A dolphin and a fish are not the same.

Rainbow toucan,
there are many birds.
Blue morpho butterfly,
Tigers are the largest cats.
Leopards drag their food up the tree.
An elephant's trunk is like a nose.
The rainforest is a beautiful place.

gorgeous insects.
They could fly around.
Butterflies fly at night.
They all have different names.
Some butterflies are camouflaged.
Butterflies are different colors.
Caterpillars turn into butterflies.

8 eyes,
a spider.
Tarantulas, I'm a cool spider.
Tarantulas are fun.
Wandering spiders are fast.
There's a poison tarantula.
A tarantula can eat a bird.
Sharp fangs contain a dangerous poison.

Fish,
flopping,
moms get fish.
Penguins can swim.
They have big webbed feet.
Penguins dive to get food.
Baby penguins hatch from eggs.
Penguins can be mean and nice, too.
Every year penguins lay some eggs.
Penguins slide on their belly and go fast.

I like this place.
I like my cousins.
My cousin named Lorin,
I like going to the park.

Max is my dog.
Wears a brown collar,
I help take care of Max.
He is a chocolate lab.
I like to take him out on walks.
He is eleven in people years.
My dog Max likes to run and play outside.

scary,
Fire breath.
They live in caves.
Attacking castles,
they have very sharp teeth.
They are very dangerous.
They are not picky with their food.
Dragons have very big yellow eyes.
Knights fight dragons, but they always get killed.

Become knights.
They have sharp swords.
They fight with flails.
They have battle axes.
They have war clubs called mallets.
Heavy armor is really strong.
They fight dragons and they always win,
They have a helmet, a shield, and visor.

falling,
dangerous,
Makuta lost.
Live in the future,
live in different homes,
Bionicles sometimes talk.
Bionicles have many names
. They can fly and fight at the same time.
Bionicles fight and fight for their lives.

I like school.

Making friends is fun.
Getting paws is awesome.
I like playing at recess.

They never brush their teeth.
Pirates don't like visitors.
Pirates had bare feet on the ship.
The pirates cruise around in a ship.

You grow foods.
People plant seeds.
Some birds fly at night.
Squirrels bury their nuts.
Birds go on the power lines.
Flowers get planted in the fall.
Salmon head toward the shore in the fall.
School starts in the fall for me and my friends.

Some snakes can eat leopards.
Most snakes are not venomous.
A snake hibernates all winter.
A snake can be as small as a worm.
My favorite is the robber boa.

extinct.
Some lay eggs.
Some fly up high.
Dinosaurs are big!
Some dinosaurs are small.
Sharp teeth carnivores eat meat.
Herbivores grind plants with dull teeth.
Dinosaurs roamed the Earth long ago.
Why did the dinosaurs become extinct?
