I Am From . . . Poems

We are from Little Cedars Elementary in Snohomish, Washington.
From noble cedar trees and Wolverines.
From great times in PE, Library, and Music.
From learning with SmartBoards, document cameras, and computers.
From students who have a great time learning and get really smart.
From teachers who have fun teaching.
From great school workers who take good care of us and our school.
From computers, choice time, reading, art, math, “sparkle,” writing workshop, science kits, poetry, social studies, Morning Meeting, phonics, calendar, nutritious snacks and lunches, and 3 recesses almost every day.
From WATCH DOGS (Dads of Great Students) who help kids and teachers with projects and recess.
From two sky bridges built between our buildings
That we travel as we move from place to place
Connecting us to each other in one big learning family.
